Who We Are
A Dublin company, kept on for years
BPE Cleaning Services is a Dublin cleaning company. Most of what we do is plain and specific work: an apartment handed back to a letting agent, a house full of builders dust, a short let reset between guests, a family home kept on top of every week.
We have been doing that work in Dublin for more than seven years. The one thing we cannot honestly tell you ourselves is whether we are any good at it, so most of this page is other people speaking. Four clients sent us reviews and references, and they are further down the page, shortened for length and otherwise left in their own words.

How We Work
How we work, in plain terms
No long list of promises. Just the things you can hold us to, and nothing we could not stand over if you asked.
One price, agreed first
We work from a published price list, and your final price is confirmed before we book you in. The list is on the site, so you can read it before you ever speak to us.
Fully insured
BPE Cleaning Services is fully insured. If you need the details of our cover for a landlord or a managing agent, ask us and we will send them on.
Eco-friendly products
We clean with eco-friendly products. That matters most in homes with small children, with pets, and with anyone who reacts to strong cleaning smells.
Seven days a week
We work Mon to Sun, 8:00 to 20:00. Weekends are ordinary working days here, which helps when a handover date or a guest changeover lands on a Sunday.

Every photo of our work on this website is a photograph of a real BPE job, taken by our own team at handover. Not one of them is staged.
Only what we can back up
Every price here comes from our own list. Every review is quoted from the client who wrote it. Where we cannot prove something, we leave it off the page instead of rounding it up.
