A regular clean is not a once-off rescue. It is a professional team coming back on a schedule you set, keeping the kitchen, the bathrooms and the floors at a level that never gets away from you. Book weekly or bi-weekly, pick a day that suits the house, and stop thinking about it after that.
We work by the hour, from €20/h, with a minimum booking of 3 hours so there is time to finish a home properly. Tell us how many bedrooms and bathrooms you have and roughly what state the house is in, and we will tell you how long it usually takes. Nothing is booked until the price is agreed.
Every visit is done with professional, eco-friendly products, and BPE Cleaning Services is fully insured, so your home is covered while we are in it.

What Is Included
Every visit, the same standard
This is the scope of a regular clean. If your home needs something outside it, add it on and we will build the time into the visit.
Dusting throughout
All accessible surfaces dusted: shelves, sills, skirting boards, picture frames, radiators and the tops of furniture.
Floors hoovered and mopped
Carpets and rugs hoovered, hard floors swept and mopped, including under furniture we can reach safely.
Kitchen surfaces
Worktops, sink, hob, splashback and the outside of appliances cleaned down and left dry.
Bathrooms cleaned and sanitised
Toilet, basin, bath, shower, tiling, taps and mirrors cleaned and sanitised.
Bins emptied
Kitchen and bathroom bins emptied and relined, so nothing is left sitting in the house after we go.
General tidying
Cushions straightened, surfaces cleared and rooms put back in order before we lock up behind us.
Inside the oven, inside the fridge, windows and carpets are deeper jobs than a regular visit allows, so they are priced separately as add-ons. Everything else above is part of the clean.

Questions
Before you hand over the keys
Do I need to be at home while you clean?
No. You can hand over keys or an entry code and come home to a finished house. Access arrangements are agreed in advance and always treated with care. If you would rather be there for the first visit so you can walk us through the house, that suits us just as well.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes. We arrive with professional, eco-friendly products, so there is nothing for you to buy or store. If you prefer we use something of your own, on a stone worktop or a delicate floor for example, leave it out and tell us.
Why is there a minimum of 3 hours?
Regular cleaning is charged by the hour, from €20/h, with a minimum booking of 3 hours. A shorter visit does not leave enough time to finish a kitchen, a bathroom and the floors to the standard we put our name to, so we do not offer one.
How do the weekly and bi-weekly discounts work?
Choose a weekly visit and you save 10% on the clean. Choose bi-weekly and you save 5%. The discount applies to the recurring clean itself, not to one-off extras such as an oven or a carpet, which are charged at the prices listed above.
Do you cover my area?
We cover County Dublin and travel across Kildare, Wicklow, Louth, Westmeath, Offaly, Carlow and Meath. If you are not sure, send us your Eircode and we will confirm straight away.
