Post Construction
After Builders Cleaning in Dublin
Construction dust, paint spots and residue removed, your new space ready to live in.
The Last Job On Site
The build is finished. The dust is not
Plaster and MDF dust is not ordinary dust. It stays in the air for hours, so it lands a second time on everything you have just wiped, and it works its way into window tracks, socket faces, radiator fins and the tops of door frames. Reach for a mop too early and it turns into a grey film right across a new floor.
An after builders clean has to be done in order. Debris and packaging out first, then the dust taken down from high level to low, then paint, adhesive and silicone marks lifted off glass, tiles and sanitary ware, and only then the floors washed. We do this for homeowners at the end of a renovation and for builders handing a finished unit over to a client.

What Is Included
Every surface the works touched
A full property clean after construction or renovation work, done in the order that keeps the dust from coming back.
Debris and packaging
Offcuts, tape, protective sheeting, packaging and empty tubs collected and bagged before any cleaning starts.
High level first
Light fittings, extractor vents, tops of doors, door frames, curtain poles and radiators taken down first, so nothing falls onto finished surfaces.
Walls and joinery
Wiped where the finish allows, with skirting boards, architraves, handles, hinges, sockets and switch plates done by hand.
Paint and adhesive marks
Spots and splashes lifted off glass, tiles, sanitary ware, worktops and floors. Sticker residue and protective film removed.
Kitchen
Units cleaned inside and out, worktops, sink and taps, hob, splashback and appliance exteriors, including the tops of the units.
Bathrooms
Sanitary ware, tiling and grout, shower screens, mirrors, chrome and extractor covers. Grout haze removed rather than smeared around.
Windows, sills and tracks
Frames, sills and runners hoovered out and wiped down, and the glass cleared of paint spots and stickers.
Floors, last of all
Hoovered thoroughly, then washed. Corners, thresholds and the edge against the skirting done by hand, because that is where builders dust hides.
Oven and fridge interiors, carpets and full interior window cleaning sit outside the standard job and are priced as add-ons, listed with the prices below.
Before And After
Our own job, start and finish
A Dublin apartment hallway, photographed by our team before we started and again when we were done. Drag the handle across to compare.
Apartment hallway · Dublin
The debris and tape went out first, the heater, skirting boards and door frames were wiped down, and the floor was washed last.
The pale band across the middle of the after photo is the floor still drying, not a mark left behind. We would rather point it out than hope nobody notices. It is also the only matched pair we have, because our team tends to photograph the mess up close and the result from the doorway. More finished work is further down the page.

Questions
Before you book the handover
How is this different from a deep clean?
Both are top to bottom cleans. The difference is what is being removed. A deep clean deals with everyday build up, limescale, grease and grime. An after builders clean deals with construction residue: fine plaster and MDF dust that settles a second time after the first pass, paint and adhesive marks, silicone smears, stickers and protective film. It takes longer and it takes more passes, so it is priced higher. For a 1 bedroom, a deep clean is €220 and an after builders clean is €300.
When should we book you in?
Once the trades have finished and the property is clear of tools, materials and skips, so nothing gets walked back through. If you need two visits, one after the messy work is done and a final one before handover, tell us and we will price both.
How long does it take?
That depends on the size of the property and how much residue the works left behind, so we agree the scope with you first rather than guess. Your final price is confirmed before we book you in.
Do you work with builders and contractors?
Yes. We clean for homeowners and for construction companies, and two of the written references on this page were sent to us by building companies. We are fully insured, we work seven days a week between 8:00 and 20:00, and we can work around a handover date.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes. Our team arrives with professional, eco-friendly products and the equipment for the job. We cover County Dublin and travel across Kildare, Wicklow, Louth, Westmeath, Offaly, Carlow and Meath.
